Hey guys,

Okay so ALOT has happened since i last posted on here....first of all Ihave actually arrived at camp now!!!! yay!!!! so excited after four days of travelling it was such a relief to just finally arrive at a destination where im staying for more than a day!

but unfortunately before that i was taken to hospital in new york with suspected deep vein thrombosis....but hopefully all is good now and ill have no more probs!

to get to camp i had to take an 18 hour bus ride from new york that invplved four transfers and was an overnighter!!!! it was soo exhausting but i met a girl on the bus that was going to my camp called karly so that was pretty cool!

At the moment there is no kids at the camp as we have a week of staff training! so its really cool to just walk around, get to know the place and meet heaps of people! omg there are soooooooo many people here from melbourne, it is amazing! a lot of people from england as well, and of course, amercians!

I have put some of the photos of the camp i have taken up....they so dont do it justice though! it is absolutely gorgeous, and absolutely HUGE!!! so so pretty....and its averaging 30 degree temperatures every day which is amazing!!!! lots of bugs though ive been bitten all over already! and the squirrels are so so cute! the picture of the cabin is the one im staying in at the moment but that will all change when the campers arrive!

This morning we have just had a chance for some time off, and then this after noon its straight into it with a swim test (yuck) and camp meetings, training etc!

I am absolutely loving to be here after such a rough trip over....but i made it and i survived and i think im a whole lot stronger for it! ill try and keep this updated as often as possible but when the kids arrive its gonna be hectic so dont stress if i havent been on here in a while!!!
missing you all so much!!!!

please put comments on here or send me emails....i LOVE hearing all the news from home!!!

love to you all

xxoo

Enjoy your time there and we look forward to hearing about your adventures! Love Mum and Dad xx PS I think it is about 8 degrees here certainly not 30 you lucky duck!!

Hey Kel!!!
At last you are there, and i have remembered how to use the blog!
The photos are awesome, and it looks like paradise. Reminds me of "The Parent Trap". I see you have mastered the language....bugs. What sort of bugs? It must be amazing! I can't wait to hear some more adventures, but make sure they don't include any more hospitals please.
Love from John and Libby and me
